Oscar is the founder of Design Engineers. He started this practice in 2022 and is managing our business.

Niño S. Barrera joined Design Engineers in April 2022 as a Façade Director who leads the façade division of the Company.

Buddhi De Silva joined Design Engineers in February 2024 as an assistant facade consultant who assists the facade director in delivering our facade projects nationwide.
Principal Fire Engineer

Patrick joined Design Engineers in 2022 as a Principal Fire Engineer who leads the fire division of the company.
Draftsman
Tianhuan Chang
BA(Architecture)
Tianhuan became part of Design Engineers in 2022, assuming the role of Draughtsman. She collaborates closely with our team of engineers to support our design projects.
Office Administrator
Cissy Yang
Cissy joined Design Engineers in January 2023 as an Office Administrator. She is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our office.
